NW Fusion Dance Company proudly presents Spring Concert, a unique and exciting union of dance and music. A medley of new pieces will debut, including works by renowned guest choreographers Chase Brock, Jen Freeman and Lex Dones, as well as resident choreographers Brad Hampton and Dana Bliss.
The exceptional versatility and talents of Fusion's dancers and choreographers are apparent from a sampling of the show: Fun and lively tap dancing in "What's a Girl Gotta Do"; "Hallelujah," a stark and poetic examination of human relationships; "Paquita," a graceful, classical pas de deux en pointe; and "Heads Will Roll," an aggressive and brutal, purple-and-black themed jazz piece. Portland's popular DJ Renz will add another dimension to the entertainment by spinning between dances throughout the show, which will be performed at Portland's "best kept secret" venue, the intimate and elegant World Trade Center Theater. Don't miss it!
When: Saturday, April 10, 2:00 and 7:00 pm Where: World Trade Center Theater, 121 SW Salmon, Portland, OR 97204 Cost: $12
